Baoqi Smart was selected to join NTU Garage in 2025. The opening ceremony became an early public milestone for the company and an opportunity to present its applied-AI work to an external audience.

Since that early public milestone, Baoqi Smart has sharpened its focus around Project SHEEPDOG: a deterministic mission-intelligence and coordination layer for heterogeneous autonomous systems. The company now concentrates on simulation evidence, capability-aware task allocation, failure recovery, operator supervision, safety gates, and repeatable decision replay.
The core product thesis is simple: inexpensive autonomous hardware is becoming abundant, but mixed fleets still carry a coordination tax. Different vendors expose different sensors, endurance, links, controllers, and failure modes. SHEEPDOG translates those differences into capability passports, mission roles, bounded assignments, and measurable evidence.
The current public simulator demonstrates Red–Blue scenarios, deterministic decision history, reserve preservation, degraded-link response, and heterogeneous mission planning. The next validation ladder moves through programmable UAV adapters, SIL, HIL, edge compute, and bounded physical multi-vehicle trials.
Baoqi Smart is therefore seeking programmable UAV manufacturers, systems integrators, autonomy researchers, validation partners, and strategic investors. Priority partners can provide documented SDK or API access, telemetry, camera streams, platform specifications, safe test access, and a technical liaison for joint integration.
The NTU Garage opening remains an important point in Baoqi Smart’s development: the moment an earlier applied-AI portfolio began converging into a focused autonomy company built around evidence, interoperability, and bounded mission intelligence.
