Baoqi Smart contributed extensively as a supporting organizer of Taiwan Defense Tech Hackathon 2026, working across preparation, partner coordination, resource connections and on-site support. Together with Taiwanese and international partners, we helped bring an environment for practical defense-technology collaboration to life.
Stronger connections. A clearer direction.
The event brought valuable new connections and channels for future collaboration. In discussions with experienced defense professionals, Baoqi Smart received encouraging feedback on its direction: mass-scale, attritable unmanned systems operating collaboratively.
Some conversations and connections will remain private for now. They have sharpened our understanding of mission needs, integration priorities and the work ahead.
Building toward scalable, coordinated capability
Our focus is on enabling diverse unmanned platforms to work together at an affordable cost, with rapid iteration and the ability to replenish resources. Baoqi Smart is developing ZERO, ALAYA and BABYLON as a connected approach to mission intelligence, coordination and supply-chain integration:
- ZERO — mission-oriented behavior prediction, scenario exploration and comparison of candidate approaches.
- ALAYA — mission orchestration and coordination across heterogeneous unmanned platforms.
- BABYLON — matching mission requirements with platforms, components and supply-chain capabilities.
Our next step is to turn these connections into concrete integration and validation work, progressing toward a feedback loop connecting simulation, real-world testing and Edge AI deployment.

寶淇智慧作為 Taiwan Defense Tech Hackathon 2026 的協辦單位之一，深度投入前期籌備、夥伴協調、資源串接與現場支援，與台灣及國際夥伴共同促成交流與實作的平台。

這次活動帶來的重要收穫，是寶淇正在推進的「大量、可消耗的無人載具協同作戰」方向，在交流中獲得多位「專業人士」的肯定，同時建立了重要的新連結與合作管道。
部分交流細節與管道現階段不公開。這些對話，讓我們對任務需求、整合優先順序與後續合作的判斷更加清楚。

寶淇關注的價值，在於讓大量不同的無人載具，以可負擔的成本協同執行任務，並能快速迭代、持續補充。我們正以 ZERO、ALAYA、BABYLON，串起任務導向的預判與推演、異質載具協同，以及裝備選配與供應鏈整合。
接下來，寶淇將把這次建立的連結，轉化為具體的整合、實測與合作成果，朝模擬、實測到 Edge AI 部署的迭代閉環前進。
