Baoqi Smart at CTMS 2026: Mass, Speed and Sustainable Autonomy|

Company update · October 4, 2026 · Taichung, Taiwan

Mass. Speed. Attritability. Replenishment.

The era of relying solely on a small number of expensive weapons is drawing to a close. In our view, future advantage will increasingly depend on how quickly systems can be produced, fielded, coordinated and replenished—and how economically they can deliver mission outcomes.

Baoqi Smart participated in CTMS 2026 — Taichung AI & Smart Manufacturing Show, October 1–4, presenting ZERO, ALAYA and BABYLON through product presentations, simulation demonstrations and equipment displays. Our exhibition presence and conversations with visitors mark continued progress in bringing our product architecture into the manufacturing and unmanned-systems ecosystem.

A shift reaching the institutional level

On September 30, U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced plans for the Autonomous Warfare Command (AutoWarCom), with service-like authorities to scale autonomous and robotic capabilities across the joint force. The announcement emphasizes both high-end capabilities and large numbers of lower-cost, attritable autonomous systems.

Our interpretation is that affordable mass, rapid adaptation and sustainable replenishment are becoming central competitive conditions. Affordable hardware is the starting point; coordinating heterogeneous systems is what turns numbers into mission value.

Three products, one mission-driven direction

  • ZERO: behavior prediction, scenario exploration and candidate-plan evaluation.
  • ALAYA: mission coordination for heterogeneous unmanned systems.
  • BABYLON: mission-driven equipment selection and supply-chain integration.

Affordable to acquire. Useful in the field. Sustainable to replenish.

These are the principles guiding our development and the product direction presented at CTMS 2026.

ZERO × ALAYA × BABYLON
