Baoqi Smart participated in the Taiwan Unmanned Systems Strategy Forum at National Chung Hsing University, presenting Project SHEEPDOG, our mission intelligence and multi-vehicle coordination platform for heterogeneous unmanned systems.
Demonstrating SHEEPDOG
At the booth, we demonstrated SHEEPDOG’s current simulation environment and discussed its approach to multi-UAV mission coordination, dynamic task reassignment, autonomous search, and decision logging with visitors from Taiwan’s unmanned systems, research, and startup communities.
The demonstration focused on simulation and reviewable decision evidence. Real-world vehicle integration and field validation remain the next steps.
An exchange with the NTUTEC team
The NTUTEC team visited the booth to exchange views on SHEEPDOG, autonomous systems, and Taiwan’s evolving defense-tech ecosystem.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see the demonstration and share questions and perspectives.
