Live showcase: Project SHEEPDOG
SHEEPDOG is Baoqi Smart’s mission-intelligence and coordination layer for heterogeneous autonomous systems. It combines capability assessment, role and task assignment, degraded-link and vehicle-loss recovery, deterministic replay, and structured decision evidence.
The exhibition centers on an operable Swarm Commander simulator and its evidence views. Visitors can see how UAV, UGV, USV, and high-altitude platforms enter one mission model and how the system evaluates time, energy, communications, asset cost, uncertainty, reserve preservation, and risk.

Building the integration network
Baoqi Smart is actively seeking programmable UAV manufacturers and system integrators that can provide SDK or API access, telemetry, camera streams, platform specifications, test units, and technical integration support. The goal is to move from deterministic simulator evidence through SIL, HIL, and bounded multi-vehicle trials.
The booth will also share information from the European Defense Tech Hub about the Taiwan Defense Tech Hackathon, scheduled for October 2–4, 2026, in Taipei. The event will bring together engineers, founders, operators, manufacturers, researchers, and investors working on autonomous systems, resilient communications, GNSS-denied environments, maritime awareness, and edge AI.
